C-Rob - Erykah Badu Music Video Shoot

Robot director Chris Robinson and the entire Robot crew couldn't bring themselves to head off for Christmas break without shooting just one more video...

Erykah Shoot

Erykah Badu "Honey" shot on stages in Burbank Saturday December 22. Due to the impending holidays, deadlines, and scheduling issues, the 'bot and crew put in a monster day that stretched nearly 24 hours! Special thanks to Erykah Badu herself! No leisurely pace here... she was awake, alert and moving at supersonic speeds the whole 22 hours. The script called for an unusually high amount of costume/make-up/hair changes and Ms. Badu never let up once. Huge! And it looks hot as well. Nice...

Thanks to the producer brigade: Amanda Fox, Megan Gutman (Way to step-it-up!), Natasha Pierson ("I don't need sleep, this is how I roll"), Mark Demarais

Thanks to AD Jimmy Chriss & 2nd AD Shaun Daniles for keeping the day moving forward.

Thanks to Super DP Crash for the lush looks. Thanks camera department: Geff Shop, Errin Zingale, Jeff Kelly, Peter Tommasi, Travis Daking and Tobin Odach.

This is a great video! I would like to know who styled the costumes for this shoot. If you know, TIA!
