Robot's very own Chris Robinson directed the latest commercial for ATT entitled "Kicks". As you probably guessed, the creative centered around a dude who is a sneaker freak and featured cameos from some of the coolest sneaker shops on the planet. Production Designer Supreme Robb Buono had the interiors and exteriors mocked-up and rebuilt full scale inside of Stage 8/9 at Ren-Mar Studios here in fabulous Hollywood.
There was also a healthy dose of 'Robot' throughout. Note the logo stickers everywhere added for ambiance and edginess. And check out those sneakers from ROBOT IS THE FUTURE.

I'm a sneaker LOVER from the CHI and I almost fainted when i saw this commercial :: very dope
great concept and execution.
a lot of the diehard, gung-ho "i live this sneaker shyt" type cats are frontin about over-commercialization and this prompting a resurgence of hypebeasts
but i'm giving props where they are due :: i absolutely love it
